Our comfortable, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments range in size from 500 to 1,200 square feet and offer a variety of amenities to help create a fulfilled, stress-free lifestyle where seniors can live as independently as they choose.
Included in housing fee:
- Private apartment with lockable door that can be personally furnished and decorated including kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven. Dishwasher in select apartments
- Utilities (water, sewer, refuse collection, recycling, electricity, heating and air conditioning)
- Individually controlled heating system
- General maintenance to the building, grounds (snow removal and lawn care), apartment and furnished appliances
- Private mailbox key for U.S Mail service
- Private parking spot in front of the building
- Private covered garage (fee associated, limited availability)
- Controlled security access
- Access to amenities and common areas including:

- Great room with large-screen TV
