Senior care and services at New Hope

Each cozy Lodge apartment features one or two bedrooms, a kitchenette, living room and bathroom with a shower. Floor plans range in size from 500-770 square feet.

Healthcare services are delivered in the privacy of each resident’s apartment and directed by a registered nurse who has received orders from the resident’s primary care physician.

Our rehabilitation therapy services offer you personalized care tailored to your goals, abilities and needs.

We provide each person with a comprehensive evaluation and encourage them to be as independent as possible.

Our specialized therapies include:

  • Occupational therapy to support independence in self-care, eating and meal preparation
  • Physical therapy to gain strength and improve balance, endurance and mobility
  • Restorative therapy to support each person’s unique needs and goals
